It's breaking news!! You can't vote for someone with outstanding parking tickets. That's not as important as abortion, and other issues. It's all about parking tickets. It always has been.

There was some dude on NPR the other day saying that elections in the 1800s started roughly as early as ours do now and used roughly the same enormous amounts of money as today, given inflation. The more things change...
