Hello, I'm Johnny Cash
Sorry, I'm not in the most talkative mood this morning. What a long-ass weekend! Hopefully, I'll be able to gather some thoughts and actually write something later.
It's sure great to be back at work, though
How long until lunch? Oh, wait, I still need my morning coffee or Mountain Dew or something!!!

Brilliant photo! That's exactly how I feel today ... and I'm even working from home.
I can relate to your posting. On the photo front I am a big JC fan and was wondering if you will review JC's American V: A Hundred Highways?
Alot of questions surround this one with his passing and Rubin's finishing touches. I have yet to pick this up but I have fath in Rubin.
Beth: Yes, I have been sitting in possession of this photo for months, but today felt like *the day* to finally post it.
JM: I was just reading about that album earlier, and am intrigued as well. I'm not sure if/when I'll pick it up. But, I will write about it once I've had a listen. Rick Rubin has been a pretty consistent bet as a producer, going back to his days producing the Beasties' Licensed to Ill.
He has been fantastic on all the JC America albums as well.
I got the CD yesterday. Pretty strong stuff if you love the Cash-Man.
His voice is going, going gone. But he's still got the stuff.
I don't know what the stuff is - but if we all had it we'd be better off.
